Web, internal tools and automation

The digital side of your business, properly sorted.

You talk directly to the person who builds it. The launch date is set on day one and kept.

Projects

Recent work.

  • The G&G Rescat site on desktop and on a phone: the news listing, with the cards for the animals up for adoption.

    G&G Rescat

    What needed solving

The association needed to keep its catalogue of animals, stories and campaigns current, in three languages, without depending on a developer for every change.

    What we built

A site wired to a CMS built for the volunteers themselves, so they publish and update the catalogue directly, in all three languages.

  • The Naxo Reformas site on desktop and on a phone: the home page, with the headline over a finished kitchen and the quote button.

    Naxo Reformas

    What needed solving

They needed a site that would bring in local clients and tidy up contact, which until then arrived scattered across WhatsApp.

    What we built

A trilingual site with structured data for local search, WhatsApp as the direct channel, and every enquiry tracked.

We have more work and references. We'll show you on the call.

What we can solve

Usually one of these three.

  • Web

You need a site that explains what you do and turns visits into enquiries. And one you can edit yourself, without calling us every time a price changes.

    • Marketing sites
    • Landing pages
    • Content platforms
  • Internal tool

The process has outgrown spreadsheets, email and WhatsApp. A purpose-built tool puts it in order and gets you out of firefighting.

    • Dashboards
    • Client portals
    • Booking flows
  • Automation

Every week you repeat the same thing by hand: the same reminder, copying data from one system to another, the same report. That's what gets automated.

    • Integrations
    • Scheduled jobs
    • Internal workflows
How we work

From a conversation to something that runs.

  1. Scope

We start from the outcome you need, not a feature list. We talk once, then you get a written plan: defined scope, real date.

  2. Design

Structure, interface and copy move together. You see working screens early, so decisions are made against something real rather than a description.

  3. Build

We build it, test it properly and ship it. You keep the keys: the code is yours, so is the documentation, and you don't need us to move forward.

The studio

A small studio, start to finish.

You talk to the same person throughout, the one who builds what gets decided on the call. Before we start you have scope, timeline and price in writing.

Before we start

We close the scope and the date before starting. A site or a light tool usually ships in 2 to 6 weeks, with no discovery phase dragging on for months.

When it's done

The code sits in your own repos, with enough documentation for another team to pick it up without asking us.

No jargon in your inbox. You always know what is being built and why.

Start here

Tell us what you need and we'll tell you what it takes.

A short call, no sales script. You leave knowing what it takes, how we'd approach it and how long it would take, whether you build it with us or not.
